Turn On Auto Spell Check
Here is a great tip for MS Outlook users. MS Outlook has a feature which will automatically check the spelling of an e-mail before it is e-mailed. That’s right before and e-mail is sent Outlook can check your spelling.
To turn this automatic feature on in Outlook:
First Click Tools > Options

Next Click the Spelling Tab, then check the 2nd checkbox ‘Always check spelling before sending’

Now click ok that’s it
The next time you send an e-mail message using Outlook, your spelling will be checked automatically as soon as you click the Send button. You will then have the chance to ignore or change errors as needed.Remember - To keep your email looking and sounding professional, it’s always a good idea to proofread it yourself first. Then to find any errors that you may have missed, the automatic spell-check feature will double-check!
