About
Welcome to IT Support Notes, my online notebook. I use this blog to organize solutions and fixes to technology related problems. I have been a professional in the Information Technology field for over twelve years. Before my professional career I was one of those kids who knew how to do everything on the computer. During my career I have learned how to solve most common computer problems. I have experience with many network devices such as computers, copiers, fax servers, and smart phones. I have also been involved in software and web development with the following Basic, Visual Basic, Scripting, HTML, PHP, SQL, and CSS. I have worked for consulting companies, universities, and financial institutions and enjoy learning about technology.
So, you might be be asking, why use a blog? Simple. Blogs are a great way to communicate and organize information. Once I find an answer to a question I can simply login, create a post with all the information and I’m done. If I am working in a client’s office I can login and just add a few notes and go back and edit, and publish them later. So the blog seems to be an effecient methood for organizing my notes either from my office or from a client’s location.
